Montepizzo Adventure Park - Lizzano in Belvedere (BO)
Immersed in the superb beech wood of Pizzo Mountain, the last layer of the crest that makes up Corno alle Scale, La Nuda, Grande Mountain and Le Tese, this Adventure Park, from April to September and all year for groups, welcomes young and old with its numerous attractions.

There are four acrobatic courses with 34 suspended platforms, as well as a boulder area for kids and adults, a cableway for kids and a panoramic lookout point over 15 meters high.
Located in one of the most beautiful settings in the Apennines – the panorama of the high Reno valley is in itself worth a visit– it is not difficult to see real eagles, deer and even sometimes wolves. The admission to the natural area of the park is free; motor vehicles are not allowed in the park.
The services of the acrobatic Park distinguish themselves for the particular attention paid to safety and disabilities. The idea which inspires the organizers of the Park is that the fun and beauties of this location must be accessible to everyone with the highest level of safety possible.
Here there is always a medical guard with trained personnel for the visitors to the area whether they are “tarzaning” or hiking fans; a vehicle outfitted for transporting disabled people makes the area accessible to everyone.
In the beech wood there are four winding courses. The “Green Course” was created for small children and for training adults and is made up of 8 platforms.
The very long “Blue Course” between 4 and 6 meters high, already a little more difficult, stretches out over 13 platforms with signs that tell about the fauna and flora of the area.
Then there is the “Red Course”, very difficult, that goes up to 15 meters high among the treetops on a panoramic platform where you can observe the evolution of birds of prey before going down a 100 meter zip line.
Lastly, there is the grand finale with the “Black Course”, a no limits course for the most daring and athletic visitors where they can try the “Tarzan Jump” more than 8 meters above the ground, the horizontal Ladder, nets and many other exhilarating obstacles.
For young and old alike who want to try rock climbing for the first time without risking anything, there is the boulder area equipped with safety structures. The smallest children also have a safety cable for their games.
Among the numerous outdoor activities, besides archery, you can also go mountain biking along three trails that cross through the park, one easy one for the family, another difficult one for those who are more advanced, and a last very difficult one for true iron men and women!
You can also go paragliding alone or in tandem with the flight school and soon it will also be possible for disabled people to free fly, a first in Italy.
Lastly, for those who love biking, there are many options from easy trails for the whole family to more extreme excursions lasting even for a few days.
In the Park there are also areas set up for having a bag lunch as well as a small restaurant, a café with tastings of typical local products.
Lastly, there is also the possibility to go on educational environmental tours which combine learning and fun.
