Stellata di Bondeno (FE)
This market takes place on the second Sunday of each month in the green area around the tiny castle of Stellata, called Rocca Possente.
It's constantly increasing its number of street sellers and the items on sale, which vary from vintage, to crafts and hobby stuff.
Stellata di Bondeno is a great little village in which the most noteworthy sites are the local parish church, containing a 14th century wooden cross, and the Casa Ariosto, which belonged to the son of the outstanding poet and which is now the headquarters of the Archaeological Museum "G. Ferraresi".
The most prestigious building is the Rocca Possente, a fort built in its present form at the end of the 17th century and at one time designed in the form of a star.
