Real Time Information: accessibility about Museums and Churches
RELEASED ON MAY 28, 2012
By Centro Unificato di Informazioni Turistiche - Ferrara.
The earthquake in Emilia Romagna has only affected some rural areas between the provinces of Ferrara and Modena.
Transports, motorways and trains are running normally in the area. Both accommodation facilities and restaurants in Ferrara, Comacchio, Lidi Ferraresi and the Po Delta Park are open as usual. As always, it is advisable to get in direct touch with the tourist facilities, in order to check availability.
Ferrara is fully operating, anyway some historical buildings have been slightly damaged. At the moment, some museums and monuments are undergoing necessary checks, in order to be re-opened as soon as possible.
The official website, www.ferrarainfo.com, will be constantly updated.
