PiadinaDays
There are twenty one towns throughout the province of Forlì-Cesena which are associated with this typical "bread of Romagna's people" and which are participating with enthusiasm in this event going on from the sea to the Apennines.
Along with these twenty towns, also the seaside town of Bellaria Igea Marina (RN) will be participating.
Many events, tastings and shows are on schedule for the packed program of PiadinaDays.
There are also the many events offered by the "Street of wines and flavors" as well as the fifteen educational farms of Forlì-Cesena, new to this edition.
On the internet site of the event, there is a whole section dedicated to the history of the piadina and to traditional recipes also thanks to CasaArtusi, along with many other local recipes such as tortello alla lastra, bartolaccio, fried piadina and cantarella.
