Codfish Pancakes

Frittelle di Baccalà


Difficulty: Medium

Ingredients: 400 g of soaked codfish, 200 g of flour, 1 egg, 100 g of suet, salt, pepper. Serves 4.

Preparation: Peel the codfish and take out the bones, then mince it. Prepare a batter with flour, egg, water, salt and pepper. Mix the codfish with the batter. Fry big spoonfuls of it in the boiling suet.
