Taglietelle with Mantis Shrimps

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients: 250g of tagliatelle, 600g of mantis shrimps, a clove of garlic, parsley, extravergine olive oil, grounded pepper. (For 4 persons)

Preparation: Boil the mantis shrimps for 5 minutes in salted water. Then peel and chop the mantis shrimps into big pieces. Prepare a sauté of oil and garlic and add it to the shrimps together with chopped parsley. Cook the taglietelle 'al dente' and rinse it, keeping some of the cooking water, and add it to the frying pan with the sauté. Heat it quickly at high temperature.
