 Saturday 8 October Ravenna hosts the fifth edition of "Notte d'Oro-The Golden Night" when the city dresses up for the evening and turns the spotlights on the most evocative spots which will become the stage for events and shows of great interest.

For music a full programme of concerts is planned to satisfy the most varied tastes: from the Moondogs Rock'n'roll Festival - from the afternoon until late night- the numerous dj sets and the great concert in Piazza del Popolo at 11 pm with Max Gazzè.

The International Contemporary Mosaic Festival is back: a showcase for the best contemporary works of mosaic art with exhibitions, meetings, conferences, workshops and guided tours will accompany the public throughout the old city centre from 8 October to 20 November.

Artists from all over the world will come to Ravenna to the four exhibitions: Works from the World, Mosaic Installations, Architecture and Mosaics, and a Tribute to Ilana Shafir.
