Costume for the opera: Madama Butterfly This exhibition reveals this great diva's many faces, a due tribute to the most extraordinary lyric singer, who, with her angelic voice and her musical knowledge thrilled audiences in every country, bringing Italian art and culture around the world.

The exhibition features music tracks, unpublished videos, tv interviews from the archives of many theatres, costumes for the operas by Nicola Benois for the Scala theatre, by Beni Montresor for the Metropolitan in NewYork, by Giorgio De Chirico for the Scala, jewels, personal belongings, hundreds of pictures, documents and the famous acknowledgements she received through scripts and speeches of celebrities such as, just to name a few, the Maestro Arturo Toscanini, J.F.Kennedy, and the Proclamation that Rudolph Giuliani, Mayor of NewYork, gave to her on Tebaldi day.
