Piane Avventura Park

Piane di Mocogno, part of the municipality of Lama Mocogno, is home to the Adventure Park "Piane Avventura". This is a fun park which has ropes courses on trees, Tibetan rope bridges, and many other attractions for both adults and kids, as well as great adventures and "high altitude" excitement.

In a large beech forest, there are two different ropes courses, a green one well suited to kids ages 6 to 13 years old which reaches up to 2 meters high, and a blue one dedicated to kids and adults that reaches heights of up to 6 meters, with about 24 completely different platforms.

Next to the "Piane Avventura" park, there is a sport climbing wall. This also offers adults and children great fun, and the challenge of climbing to imaginary peaks which inspire courage, laughter and excitement, all while being completely safe.

Also, on the Poggio slope, there is a Baby Park outfitted with games for small children, and a slope for tubing, where you can slide down the hill at high speeds on an inner tube, and then take the magic carpet lift back to the top.

How to get there

Coming from Modena, once you arrive in Lama Mocogno, take the SS12 towards Abetone for about 9 km. After the town of La Santona, go right at the intersection following the signs for Piane di Mocogno and then continue straight on for 3 km. Coming from Tuscany, at Pievepelago take the SS12 towards Modena. After about 15km, just beyond the town of Barigazzo, turn left at the intersection following signs to Piane di Mocogno and then go straight on for 3 km.
