Ingredients: 300 gr flour, 100 g of potato starch, 300 gr sugar, 4 eggs, 150 ml milk, 100 ml oilseed, 1 packet of yeast for desserts, the rind of 1 lemon grated.

Preparation: break the yolks of the eggs into a bowl and whip them with an eggbeater together with the sugar. In another bowl, whip the egg whites until they are the consistency of snow with a pinch of salt. To the yolk mixture, add the milk and oil, and the flour and yeast through a sieve, as well as the lemon rind. At the end, carefully add the whites, mixing up from the bottom towards the top, in order to not deflate them. Butter and flour a cake pan and add the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes.
