Stewed Eel

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients: 500g of eel, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, water, oil.

Preparation: Wash and clean the eel, and cut it into 6-7cm chunks. Fry the chopped onion and parsley in a little oil, adding the eel, salt and pepper. Leave the eel chunks frying for a few minutes, and add the tomato sauce and a spoonful of water. Continue to fry at low temerature and serve with f.ex polenta.
