The big Panoramic Wheel

In Rimini, in Piazzale Boscovich, you will find the big Ferris Wheel which last three years characterized the local landscape with its silhouette.

You can take a ride on this giant for an unforgettable "view” of Rimini and of the whole coast from the imposing height of 60 meters. An attraction that is visible from Gabicce Monte to the Lidi of Ferrara, and thanks to its 42 "gondole" (cable cars), it can carry up to 1,600 people per day.

The Wheel comes from Rotterdam and it is a new one with closed or semi-closed cabins depending on the weather. It was inaugurated in 2000 for the occasion of the celebration of the millennium in Paris.

Every summer, the lounge area in front of the wheel is transformed into a great place for events and a meeting place for the people of Rimini or visitors coming to the Riviera.
